Your life’s mission is to journey into deeper, fuller and truer expression of the unique and amazing self that you are. When you are in synch with your authentic self, you will feel better in body, mind and spirit. When you begin to live authentically, you will automatically begin to bring to the world the gifts that only you can bring. But how do you tune into the authentic self?
It’s time to jump out of your head and into your heart!
Traditional training, upbringing and schooling have encouraged a left-brain approach to living. We’ve been taught to focus on the logical and the practical. And we’ve learned to listen to all the voices out there telling us what we should look like, what kind of car we should drive, what kind of job we should have, how many dollars we need to have in the bank, what new product or service we should buy. We’ve sold our power to those external influences. In the process, we’ve sold out the voice of the heart. We’ve disowned the value and power of the intuitive, internal voice. This is the voice of the authentic self and the only voice that remembers what we came here to do!
