Why explore dreams? A dream is a message from your Higher Self, your intuition, the part of you that knows beyond intellectual knowing. If you practice remembering and exploring your dreams, layers of meaning will be revealed leading you to greater self-awareness, creativity and wholeness. Dreams can help you:

In my experience, dreams always come in the service of health and wholeness. They normally speak to a current concern in your life. Sometimes dreams just present a sort of portrait of how things are, inviting you to look at your current state of affairs more closely. More often, they also suggest a solution or course of action - some step to take.
