I am a dynamic, creative teacher and life coach, passionate about my work and convinced that everyone has the right - and the ability - to be living the life of their dreams. My own life circumstances have led me through many challenges and changes, which I have successfully navigated with intuitive tools like dream work, meditation, journaling and expressive arts.
I hold degrees in computer programming, religious studies and philosophy. I have been certified as a Creative Journal Expressive Arts instructor by Dr. Lucia Capacchione and received my Life Coaching training from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts. I have been practicing dream analysis for over 20 years and teaching classes and workshops since 1997.
